What We're Looking For
Technical Project Managers are at the forefront of White Rabbit Group's development team and work directly with our clients and partners to deliver top-notch solutions. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who can handle multiple projects and coordinate with clients from a technical project management standpoint. The ability to dive into the code and make adjustments may come up, but the technical experience is needed more for client interactions and architecting features.

Responsibilities
Technical Project Managers lead and manage the implementation of project tasks and milestones. They are involved early in the pre-sales cycle through implementation and customer sign-off.
At a high level, you will be responsible for delivering applications from the first discovery meeting and seeing it through to production launch.
Manage project deliverables including developing the statement of work and creating and adhering to a timeline.
Sending out project status reports and updating customers on progress.
Overseeing project finances and ensuring invoicing is properly billed.
Oversee quality control throughout the entire project to meet the customer's goals and expectations.
Tracking progress and milestones throughout the project timeline, identifying and mitigating risks to reduce losses and avoid scope creep.
Leading internal team meetings as well as customer facing zoom calls.
Work with and manage our team members in other locations including India and Colombia.
Liaise between the Sales/Business Development team and the customer, as well as managing communication between the customer and our technical teams.
Prepare agendas and meeting materials, facilitate meetings, organize and distribute notes and action items and follow up on deliverables discussed.
Manage web development and mobile app development.
Develop best practices.
Create web app diagrams and build discovery plans for development.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience.
Full understanding of development methodologies, consulting best practices and common web and application architectures.
Must work Pacific Time Zone.
A strong technical background.
Excellent client and project management skills.
Proven ability to perform hands on technical work when needed.
Previous experience in information technology or another related field.
Fluency in coding best practices.
Can adapt and respond appropriately to project priorities and challenges.
Able to work independently and interface with cross-functional teams and customer.
Strong background in Project Management methodologies (specifically Agile Kanban and Scrum).
Strong leadership qualities, being able to visualize the end goal and drive all aspects to completion to exceed customer expectations. Be open minded and willing to learn and grow with the flexibility to adapt to challenging situations.
Someone who is self motivated and able to work independently to problem solve and tackle challenging customers, but also not afraid to ask questions and be a team player.
Excellent customer facing and project management skills.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Bonus Points
Experience with professional services/digital agency business.
HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and 1-2 server-side language(s).
